HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship via Skydropx, with estimated delivery in 4–6 business days.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
After your payment is processed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking info. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Returns are free only if the product is defective or incorrect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- You may return items within 30 natural days after receiving them.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and any accessories.
- We do not accept returns for:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items bought on sale or promotion
• Items damaged by misuse
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
